Why did you choose to join the RFC family as a trainer? As a trainer, I knew I’d have the opportunity to help the members of our community get a little bit better every day, and the prospect of that was too good to pass up 😄
What motivates you to train every day? Knowing that every training session is a chance to improve & that even on days when I don’t feel like training, I’ll definitely feel better after a good workout.
How has CrossFit changed your life? Doing CrossFit has helped keep me driven and it’s taught me that consistency > motivation. It’s also where I met my partner of 4 years so needless to say, I have a loooot to thank CrossFit for. 😊
