Everything About the Challenge:

What does the Kickstart Challenge consist of?

From January 8th-April 8th, athletes enrolled in the challenge will be participating in daily CrossFit classes, weekly nutrition seminars, and monthly check-ins and accountability meetings with certified trainers.

Who can participate in the Kickstart Challenge?

We’re looking for people who want to make the New Year feeling their BEST year yet! You may be completely new to fitness. WELCOME! Or perhaps you’ve been training for quite some time, but want to stay consistent with your healthy habits. JOIN US! Wherever you are in your journey, we invite you to join the challenge and start living your best life.

What can I expect from the challenge?

Well, it depends. What do you want to get out of this challenge? Some athletes might want to lose weight and fit into an old pair of jeans. Others might want to put on muscle, get stronger, and lift heavier.

For some, this challenge will teach them how to cook healthier meals for their families. Others might want to join the challenge to meet people with similar interests and values.

This challenge is about more than just physical changes; it's about holistic growth. We understand that true transformation comes from within, and that's why we're committed to supporting you every step of the way. Our experienced coaches and community of like-minded individuals will provide the empathy, motivation, and accountability you need to succeed!

Are there prizes?

Absolutely! And there won’t just be ONE winner.

Throughout the 90-days there will be “mini-challenges” and prizes will be handed to the winners of each of these challenges. Some challenges include:

  • Most consistent athlete each month

  • Best transformation from day 1-day 90

  • The "Iron Chef” award

  • and more!

How do I join the challenge?

If you’re already a member at CrossFit Rincón and you have either a 24-week or a 52-week CrossFit membership, this challenge is FREE! Just make sure you request to join the challenge HERE.

Not a member yet, but want to join the challenge?! There are three ways to join:

  • Enrolling with a 24-week CrossFit membership (free access to the challenge). Click HERE to enroll with this option.
