CrossFit Pre-K (ages 3-5) returns January 2025

Designed to cultivate a love for fitness and promote a healthy lifestyle, our CrossFit Kids Program offers a fun and engaging environment for children to develop strength, agility, and confidence.

With expert coaches and age-appropriate workouts, your kids will embark on an unforgettable fitness journey!

These fitness classes are fun, dynamic, and help kids develop:

-Balance, coordination, and agility

-Strength and endurance

-Leadership and team player skills

Class Schedule:

Classes run January 14th-February 7th:

Session A: Tuesday and Thursday: 3:00pm-3:30pm

FULL! Session B: Tuesday and Thursday: 3:45pm-4:15pm FULL!
