Initial assessment: Before the program begins, athletes meet with their nutrition coaches for a deep health assessment. During this meeting, the athlete and coach will establish personal goals and take measurements (optional).
Additional assessments will cover the six elements of Deep Health: social, physical, emotional, mental, environmental, and existential.
Weekly plans: Once the initial assessment is complete, the nutrition coach will create a week-by-week plan for the athlete.
Each week will include a new individualized goal for the athlete to complete and report back to the coach.
Accountability: The athlete and coach will communicate every day via WhatsApp.

Well, it depends. What do you want to get out of this program?
Some people might want to lose weight and fit into an old pair of jeans. Others might want to put on muscle, get stronger, and lift heavier.
For some, this program will teach them how to cook healthier meals for their families. Others might want to join the program to meet people with similar interests and values.
This program is about more than just physical changes; it's about holistic growth. We understand that true transformation comes from within, and that's why we're committed to supporting you every step of the way. Our experienced coaches and community of like-minded individuals will provide the empathy, motivation, and accountability you need to succeed!
At the completion of our program, clients may be able to:
Take a big goal, like weight loss, and break it down into smaller, more digestible steps.
Overcome limiting factors like a junk-food-loving family, intense cravings for sweets, or that dead-tired feeling that makes people decide to order take out rather than cook.
Learn to grocery shop, meal prep, and cook, not just follow a pre-made nutrition plan that may not match their personal preferences.
Tune into their own physical signs of hunger and fullness, not just count calories and macros.
Figure out how to prioritize and practice helpful lifestyle behaviors like exercise, stress management, and quality sleep.
Understand why their hunger strikes so fiercely at a certain time of day—as well as how to alter their meals so they provide more staying power

Our nutrition coaches are Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaches. They not only have a deep understanding of nutrition science, but they also study human behavior: How people think, feel, live, why they act the way they do, etc.
PN Certified Nutrition coaches are able to:
Help people build lasting habits that allow “eat better” to become easy, consistent, and automatic.
Support clients through the entire process, not just calculating their daily calorie needs and giving them an eating plan.
Help people clarify their health, nutrition, and/or fitness priorities, values, and goals.
Work with clients to identify skills, practices, and sustainable daily actions for achieving those goals;
and support them every step of the way.

Our nutrition program is not a “one size fits all” program. In other words, we’re not going to give you a standardized nutrition plan.
Precision nutrition, also referred to as personalized nutrition, focuses on the individual rather than groups of people.
Unlike other programs, we don’t prescribe quick-fix diets or meal plans. (We all know those don’t last.) Instead, we help you build the skills and habits needed to look and feel better for the rest of your life.
As a client, our PN Certified Nutrition coaches will be there to guide and support you every step of the way, so you can learn how to:
Eat better, without dieting or feeling deprived.
Get active, no matter what shape you’re in now.
Ditch the food rules, dropping the fad diets and conflicting advice.
Build fitness into your life, without it taking over.
Achieve, and maintain, your goals, even when life feels unpredictable.
The result? You’ll:
Lose the weight/fat you haven’t been able to shed for years.
Build physical strength and confidence in your body.
Gain mental confidence, no longer hiding your gifts and talents.

Please note this program has an initial commitment of 12 weeks. After the initial commitment has passed, athletes can renew the nutrition program for 4 weeks at a time.
