Youth Scholarship Program
To support teenagers from low-income households, we have established a donation-based scholarship program. This initiative aims to provide student-athletes with access to fitness classes, enabling them to prioritize their wellness and develop lifelong healthy habits.
The program offers local teens, aged 13 to 17, the opportunity to transform their lives by fostering a strong foundation in nutrition, exercise, and community through our specialized strength and conditioning classes designed for this age group.
Program Highlights:
Speed, Agility, Strength, Power, and Conditioning – Master the fundamentals that will give you an edge on and off the field.
Injury Prevention – Learn techniques to protect your body and stay in the game longer.
Build Community – Train alongside peers in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Develop Healthy Habits – Set the foundation for a lifetime of fitness and wellness.
Schedule:
12 Weeks starting February 10th
Session A: Monday & Wednesday, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Session B: Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Each session is limited to 20 athletes to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
