Youth Strength and Conditioning Program

Program Highlights: Designed for teens ages 13-17

  • Speed, Agility, Strength, Power, and Conditioning – Master the fundamentals that will give you an edge on and off the field.

  • Injury Prevention – Learn techniques to protect your body and stay in the game longer.

  • Build Community – Train alongside peers in a supportive and encouraging environment.

  • Develop Healthy Habits – Set the foundation for a lifetime of fitness and wellness.

Schedule:

12 Weeks starting February 10th, 2025

  • Session A: Monday & Wednesday, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Session B: Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
    Each session is limited to 20 athletes to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.

Program Cost:

  • 12-week Strength and Conditioning Program: $360 + taxes

  • Full Scholarship Opportunity: To support teenagers from low-income households, we have established a donation-based scholarship program. This initiative aims to provide student-athletes with access to fitness classes, enabling them to prioritize their wellness and develop lifelong healthy habits. There is a designated section in the program’s application for those who wish to apply for the full scholarship.
